Christian Olson
Conductor | November 1, 2026: The Inheritance of Beauty
Christian Olson is Music Director of Sound Symphony and Assistant Conductor of the Greenwich Village Orchestra. His recent work includes performances at the Glimmerglass Festival, the inaugural concert of Ver Sacrum Consort, and selection as an AAF Faber Conducting Fellow at the Salzburg Festival. He is completing a doctorate in conducting at Indiana University.

Dylan Hamme

Dylan Hamme is a violinist pursuing a Master of Music degree at The Juilliard School. He has appeared as a soloist at Carnegie Hall and Alice Tully Hall and performs with leading orchestral and chamber ensembles.
Eric Mahl

Eric Mahl is Music Director of the Ridgefield Symphony, Opera Acadia, Northport Symphony Orchestra, and Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra, and a conductor at the Charles Ives Music Festival. His work spans symphonic, operatic, educational, and contemporary projects.

Alex Wen is Artistic Director of the Jackson Heights Orchestra. His work spans symphonic, operatic, and contemporary repertoire, including world premieres and commissioned works.
Laura Giannini
Concertmaster
Laura Giannini is an Italian violinist, recording artist, and music educator based in New York City. A chamber musician and concertmaster, she has performed across Europe, Asia, and the United States, including at Carnegie Hall. Giannini teaches violin and chamber music at Hoff-Barthelson Music School, where she also directs the Pre-College Chamber Music Program.
Ruth Stokes
Principal Cello
Ruth Stokes is a New York City-based cellist, educator, and chamber musician. Her work spans solo, chamber, and orchestral performance, with a particular interest in new music and interdisciplinary collaboration. Stokes holds degrees from Penn State University and the Frost School of Music and is pursuing a Professional Studies Diploma at Mannes School of Music.
